Rajendra Kumar Early Life and Marriage: Rajendra Kumar Tuli was born in Sialkot Punjab ( India) on 20 July 1927. He was born in a Hindu Punjabi Khatri Family with Indian Nationality. He married Shukla Bhel and they gave birth to three children, one son and two daughters ( Kumar Gaurav, Dimple Patel, and Kaajal Tuli).
