Mamatha Kanojia Early Life

Being up in a large joint household with several brothers, cricket was the game She naturally took up. Gully cricket was the beginning, back when She would go out and play with my brothers. The fact that She was playing with all the boys annoyed my father.
In addition, there was a slum close by where she resided, which contributed to my father’s concerns. She was enrolled in a cricket coaching academy by her father, who recognized her passion for the sport.
She used to practice cricket in the early morning, so her parents and she would get up at three every day. Her first trainer was Sampath Kumar, sir.
She worked out there with Mithali (Raj). They used to spend the entire Sunday on the ground together, both of them (smiles).
She had NS Ganesh sir as her coach after Sampath sir. When she didn’t have any shoes to wear for the game, She recalled that Ganesh Sir once handed them to her. She owes a lot to both of her instructors for their assistance when she first started playing cricket.

Mamatha Kanojia Domestic Career

That was a major surprise. She had no clue that, thanks to the inclusion of Indian players in the team, She would have the opportunity to compete against Indian Railways, widely regarded as the strongest domestic team in women’s cricket.
