When it comes to Indian domestic cricket, Gurkeerat plays for Punjab, while when it comes to the Duleep Trophy and the Deodhar Trophy, he represents North Zone.

On December 24, 2014, he was playing for Punjab, and he made an undefeated 73 runs to help his team win the match while they were chasing 205 for victory on the fourth day of the match.

During the match against Karnataka, he scored his second century in first-class cricket. Additionally, his 201 is the best score he has ever achieved in first-class cricket.

In the last match of the Triangular Series, which his team played against Australia A on August 14, 2015, he scored 87 runs off 81 balls while remaining unbeaten to assist his team win the championship.

When he went up to the plate, India A was in a precarious position, with 82 runs on the board and needing 145 more to win the match.

He kept up his strong play in the match against the Bangladesh A squad. In the first game of the three-game series, he contributed to India A, scoring more than 300 runs by scoring 65 off 59 balls.

After reaching fifty, he went on to take five wickets in the same match, helping Bangladesh A be bowled out for 226. His best figure in List A cricket was a 5/29 bowling performance.

In July 2018, he was given a spot on the India Green team competing in the 2018–19 Duleep Trophy.

In the 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy, he scored 295 runs for Punjab across six matches, making him the tournament’s best run-scorer.

From 2012 to 2017, Mann was a member of the Kings XI Punjab team that competed in the Indian Premier League.
