Faiz Faizal Early Life: Faiz Yakub Fazal is an Indian cricketer born on September 7, 1985. He currently plays for the Vidarbha cricket team and the Lisburn Cricket Club in the NCU Premier League in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Before that, Faiz Yakub Fazal was a member of the Central Zone, India Under-19s, India Red, Railways, and Rajasthan Royals.

He bats left-handed and is the opening batsman for the team. In the championship match for the Deodhar Trophy that took place in 2015–2016, Fazal scored a century for India A off of 112 balls. On January 1, 2018, Vidharbha became the first team in its history to win the Ranji Trophy under his leadership as captain. He scored 912 runs for his club, which put him in first place in terms of scoring. His team’s scoring average was 70.15.

He was captain for the India Blue side that would compete in the 2018–19 Duleep Trophy in July of 2018. In August 2019, he led the India Green squad in the 2019–20 Duleep Trophy competition.

In the Ranji Trophy 2019/20, Fazal had a batting average of 43 and scored 516 runs throughout 12 innings. During the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2020/21, he had a batting average of 49.2 and scored 246 runs throughout five innings. In the current season of the Vijay Hazare Trophy, Faisal has scored 210 runs in 7 innings, although he has not yet been selected for the India ODI squad despite his impressive performance.

According to Fazal, to increase the number of opportunities available, he needs to improve his performance on the domestic circuit significantly.
