Ishant Sharma Introduction: Ishant is fully called Ishant Vijay Sharma and has a nickname called Lambu or Sonu. He is a cricketer who is well known for bowling with his right hand at a pace of 140 Km/h.
When he was 16 his interest in cricket grew and took to cricket as his career and was very much serious about it. There was nobody in his family who knew about cricket and ever played this game.
He always kept Glenn McGrath in his heart, and his becoming a bowler was all because of the coach who gave him training at school named Mr. Shravan Kumar.
Other than cricket he has a great interest in playing and watching volleyball and football. He made a great record of being the second fastest bowler ever on the Indian cricket team as he bagged 154 Km/h against Australia.

When talking about his education, he studied till secondary and did not go further to study, as he was very much interested in taking up cricket as his profession and playmate for life.
As part of cricket, he is considered the best bowler and fastest one in India ever. Also, he is considered the fifth youngest player who has taken over 100 test wickets.
The best turning point in his cricketer life was when he bowled 54 balls to Ricky Ponting during the 2008 Perth Test, where he took 7 wickets in ensuring India’s Test Victory after a long 28 years.
When he first played cricket as time passed, he never thought he would play well and would never gain anything in cricket, but when he took it seriously, he never expected that he would play like this and that too at this level.

He was born on September 2nd, 1988 is 33 years old, and got married to a basketball player Ms. Pratima Singh. Before getting married, he had a huge crush on actor Katrina Kaif, but as usual, that turned out unsuccessful. He was born and brought up in Delhi and did his schooling at Ganga International School, Delhi.
He loves watching movies. Collection of cars, and playing and watching football and volleyball. But what he hates is when someone comments funny or not about his long hair, as he is very attached to this style.
