Delhi Airport Encounters 7 Flight Diversions: Someone in charge said that bad weather caused seven planes to be moved at the Delhi airport on Sunday morning.

Someone in charge said that between 4:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m., six flights were sent to Jaipur and one to Mumbai.

On Sunday, Delhi and other parts of North India were covered in a thick fog that made it impossible to see. In some places, vision dropped to zero meters.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has told people not to drive unless they have to and to be careful when moving.

At 5 am, the Palam Observatory near Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport recorded thick fog that made it impossible to see more than a few meters.
