About Uttam Prakash Agarwal: Mr. Uttam Prakash Agarwal has worked extensively in fields like statutory audit, income leakage audit, dealing room audit of banks, special investigative audit on behalf of the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR), public sector banks and companies under RBI’s appointment, monitoring of ailing companies on behalf of Bank of India, and audits for banks, NBFCs, and Mutli-National Banks.
Additionally, he has extensive expertise advising banks, investment banks, brokerage firms, and financing organizations on tax and business matters.
