DGA Tej Pratap Singh said that Ashok Kumar was found guilty of kidnapping and raping a 16-year-old girl by Additional District and Sessions Judge (POCSO) Vineet Narain Pandey and given a 10-year prison term. Singh said that the accused person was charged at the Pahari police station on July 21, 2017. The cops had brought charges against the person in question to court on November 29, 2017, he said.
