Rohitash Gaud, son of Sudarshan Gaud, born on 24 march 1966 is ( age 56) is an Indian actor best known for his comedic roles . He was born in Kalka, Haryana.
Rohitash Gaud Early Life and Background: Rohitash was born in Kalka, Haryana. He was a student of the National School of Drama, New Delhi. Rohitash’s father Sudarshan was a veteran theatre personality and co-founder of the All India Shimla Artists Association, in 1952 alongside Balraj Sahni and Prem Chopra.
Rohitash lost his father in October 2016. Sudarshan was 94 years old at the moment.

Rohitash is married to Dr.Rekha Gaud who is a Scientific Assistant at Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai. Together they have two daughters, Giti (Elder Daughter) and Sanjiti (Younger Daughter).

Rohitash Gaud Career
While Rohitash was a student at the National School of Drama he acted in theatre being a part of the All India Shimla Artist Association.
He started his acting career in the early 90’s. He debuted in “Neem Ka Ped” in the year 1991-1992 which was telecasted on DD National.
In 1997-2000, he portrayed the role of Tulsidas in “Jai Hanuman”. During the same time, he was also part of many Bollywood movies but most of the characters were minor.
Other than this Rohitash has also been part of many famous serials such as “Agnichakra” in 1999, “Noddy Aur Daddy” in 2004, “Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai” in 2006, “Yeh Pyar Na Hoga Kam” in 2009-2010,” Jasuben Jayantilal Joshi Ki Joint Family” in 2008-2009,” Lajpatganj” in 2009-2014, “Hum Apke Hain In-Laws” in 2013.
He is currently working in a comedy series “Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai” in 2015- present as Manmohan Tiwari.
Rohitash debuted in Bollywood with a biographical film “Veer Savarkar ” in the year 2001 where he portrayed the character of Ganesh Damodar Savarkar.
In 2002, he played the role of SP Ashish in the movie “Pratha”.
In 2003, he played Rashid’s brother, an antagonist in the movie “Pinjar”.
In 2003, he took the role of a coconut seller in the movie “Munnabhai MBBS”.
Again in 2006, he played Cuckoo in “Lage Raho Munna Bhai”.
In 2008, he played the antagonist in “A Wednesday”.
In the movie “3 Idiots ‘, he played Ranchoddas’s servant in the year 2009.
In 2010, he played Niranjan Tripath in the movie “Athithi Tum Kab Jaoge”.
In 2014, in the movie “PK”, he played a Police Inspector named Pandey ji.
