Rahul Gandhi made Panauti: On this Thursday the Election Commission gave a notice to Congress MP Rahul Gandhi over his statement against Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi. The Election Commission panel said that they got the complaint from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi regarding his statement that he made at a rally in Rajasthan’s Barmer city.

Election Commission Issued Notice Against Rahul Gandhi: They made the allegation that he is comparing a prime minister to Jaibkatra (pickpocket) and also using the word Panauti (Jinx) which is inappropriate for a very senior leader of a national political party. And after that EC sent the notice to Rahul Gandhi. And in the Election Commission notice Rahul Gandhi has been asked to come out and give an explanation of all the allegations made by Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) before the deadline which is 25 November 2023.

Election Commission Said: Further referring to the complaint, the Election Commission said that the BJP also noted that Rahul Gandhi’s allegation of granting waivers of 14 lakh crore for the past nine years is totally wrong and not the facts. The BJP also moved the Election Commission against the remark which is made by Rahul Gandhi in the rally, ‘that the pickpocket never comes alone, there are two-three people. One comes from the front, then the other one from the back, and the last one from the distance.

Also, he further said that ‘Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s job is to distract your attention, He comes on TV from the front and diverts the public by raising some other topics like Hindu Muslim, demonetization, and GST.

Meanwhile, their second one comes from behind and takes all the money in his Rally. The BJP in the complaint had also said that calling any person a Jaibkatra for example is not only a personal attack and abuse but also slaughtering the character of that person against whom the remark has been made with a clear purpose of harming his reputation and also misleading the public.
