Nooshin Al Khadeer  Role At The Supernovas

She believes her role at the Supernovas was simply to communicate to the gamers the role she anticipated them to play. It is usually hard to manage a squad when it comes together only two days before a championship. But that wasn’t an issue right now.

She is an outspoken person who can easily go out and talk to anyone. That kind of nature comes in handy in these situations. All she had to do was able to converse with the players about what the team’s expectations were, as well as what they expected from her as a coach. Once their roles are described, they will carry them out in the best way possible.
