Early Life and Education of Mohan Agashe: Mohan Agashe is an Indian actor and psychiatrist who was born on July 23, 1947. In the theatre category, he received the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award in 1996. In Maharashtra’s Bhor, Agashe was born.
He received his MBBS and MD in Psychiatry from B. J. Medical College in Pune. Before being an actor, he eventually became a professor.

At the B. J. Medical College and Sassoon Hospital in Pune, Agashe taught psychiatry. In addition to his work in medicine, he also held positions in clinical psychology and psychopharmacology.

In Pune, India, Agashe also played a key role in the establishment of the state-level training and research center for mental health sciences known as the Maharashtra Institute of Mental Health in 1991.
Agashe oversaw the Indian Council of Medical Research’s five-year investigation of the effects of the 1993 Latur earthquake’s trauma.
Agashe chose to begin his early career by working in a public hospital in Pune. Additionally, he presided over the sessions of the organizing committee for the Indian Psychiatric Society’s Annual National Conference, which was held in Pune at the Armed Forces Medical College.
The Maharashtra government created a new mental education strategy in 1998 as a result of Agashe’s project to enhance mental health education and services.
Additionally, he has advised the Maharashtra government on mental health services and education. Agashe is the project’s principal investigator at the moment. It concerns cultural disorders of weakness and fatigue.
Through Sai Paranjape’s children’s play, Agashe got his start as a theatre performer. He made time in his packed life to participate in plays since he loved performing. He began his acting career by performing in plays.

He served as the Pune location’s director general of the Film and Television Institute of India from April 1997 until April 2002. He performed in a play called Jara Samjhun Ghya as part of the IMA’s awareness campaign in Pune to strengthen doctor-patient relationships.
He also played the role of Dumbledore in a Bharatiya Digital Party parody video that was released in 2018. He also appeared in the Gorilla Shorts short film Purana Pyar.
