Jasbir Jassi – Early Life
Jasbir Jassi was born on 7th February,1970 in Daliya Mirzapur village Gurdaspur Punjab. Jasbir Jassi was born to the Punjabi parents, Ajit Singh and Prakash Kaur.
Jasbir participated in many of the music shows and put up a good performance at the North Zone Cultural Centre. He is very passionate about singing and wants to become a good singer in the future.

Jasbir Jassi completed his educational journey at Apeejay College of Fine Art, Jalandhar Punjab, and Masters in Classical Vocal Music.
The career of Jasbir Jassi
Jasbir Jassi started his career by recording his songs for Punjabi films in late 1980. Also, he sang for many of the remix albums in which Balle Balbiro Ball was very popular.
In 1993 Jassi released his first album which was known as Channa ve Teri Channi. This album became a popular album among composers and music producers. This song made a good impact on his life and he got recognition from different actors and producers.
Jassi got various other albums to sing for different Punjabi movies after his album like – Le Gayee in 1998, Kudi Kudi in 1999, Nishani Pyar Di in 2001, Just Jassi in 2002, Mukhda Channa Varga in 2004, and a lot of others.
His title songs Dil Le Gayee, Kudi Gujarati, and Nishani Pyar Di made a commercial success in Punjabi Industry. Later, Jassi performed in many different countries and appeared in NDTV Imagine’s show Dhoom Macha De.
On the occasion of the 73rd Independence Day, Jasbir and Nobby Singh who is another successful singer in the Punjabi music industry released the patriotic single track Azaadi.
In one conference, Jasbir Jassi told the public that his thinking and the idea of making the Kudi Gujarat Di song was inspired by a girl he met during the National Integration Camp in 1989 in Himachal Pradesh and the girl he met was from Gujarat, and he was attracted to her but the girl was already married and so he felt down with emotion and made a title of the song Kudi Gujarat Di and this is how he worked on the song and released it in 1999.
