As part of their AI training program, Subaru and Mazda are taking a slightly comprehensive approach. The Subaru company has launched a program to train over 4,000 engineers in generative AI, while Mazda is requiring AI training by 2025 for all indirect employees in its design and experimental departments.

A realistic timeline and rapidly developing AI technology can propel Mazda to its forecasted numbers. We can just wait and see what happens. Mazda’s ultimate goal is to double overall production efficiency by 2030.
