AP AHA Exam Date: The Animal Husbandry Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, has announced two crucial dates for the Vijayawada Village Secretariat (General/Limited Recruitment for the Post of Animal Husbandry Assistant). As of now, Hall Tickets can be downloaded starting from December 27, 2023, and the Computer-Based Examination is scheduled to take place on December 31, 2023.
Candidates will be selected for appointment to the posts based on their merit in the computer-based examination.
AP Animal Husbandry Jobs 2023 Exam Pattern
The examination pattern for the Animal Husbandry Assistant position consists of a written test with an objective type format. The test is divided into two parts. In Part A, candidates will be assessed on General Studies and Mental Ability, with a total of 50 questions, each carrying one mark. The duration for this section is 50 minutes, and the maximum marks attainable are 50. Part B focuses on subjects related to Animal Husbandry, with 100 questions carrying one mark each. The duration for Part B is 100 minutes, and the maximum marks for this section are 100. In total, the written examination comprises 150 questions, with a total duration of 150 minutes and a maximum mark of 150.
Examination Pattern – Animal Husbandry Assistant
Earlier, applications were invited online for the recruitment of Animal Husbandry Assistant (1896 posts) in A.P. Animal Husbandry Subordinate Services. Eligible candidates within the age group of 18 to 42 years as of July 1, 2023 were encouraged to apply. The pay scale for the Animal Husbandry Assistant post is Rs.22460 – 72810 in RPS 2022.
Selected candidates will be offered a consolidated pay of Rs.15,000/- per month for a period of 2 years, with regular scale pay will be granted after the successful completion of the probationary period. The appointed candidates would be deployed to work in Village Secretariats established in Grama Panchayats.
The online application window was open from November 20, 2023 to December 11, 2023, with the last date for fee payment being December 10, 2023. Before applying, candidates were required to register their particulars on the website (ahd.aptonline.in or generating a unique Registration ID sent to their registered mobile number and email ID. Applications were then to be submitted using this Registration ID through the specified website.
