Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone(APSEZ) is the largest Port Operating enterprise in the private sector. APSEZ stands for its 12 Ports management, Industrial Land Holdings, Logistics services, and Dredging Facilities.
APSEZ was incorporated in 1998 as Gujarat Adani Port Limited(GAPL) starting with Mundra Port, and today it operates over 13 commercial ports and owns the Mundra Special Economic Zone(SEZ). It handles a quarter of cargo movement in India with port-to-Hinterland connectivity.
Gautam Adani is the founder and Karan Adani is the CEO OF APSEZ.
