Here are two websites that provide applicant information regarding issued sim DoT and tafcop.dgtelecom.gov.in 

  1. Go to the Given website 
  2. Once you enter the webpage, enter your registered mobile number 
  3. Generate/Request the OTP 
  4. Once you have done with the Submission of OTP then it will show the user’s Aadhaar registered mobile numbers.

You can request if the User wants to Block any Unknown no or unauthorized number. From one SIM card, you can issue 9 SIM cards as per the DoT website.
