TikTok Star Mikayla Nogueira Sets the Record Straight on Ozempic: The fact that Mikayla Nogueira lost weight is not a secret. The beauty expert said that over the last six months, she has lost 30 pounds while getting better from a binge eating problem. However, Mikayla cleared the air about how she changed her body after someone on social media said, “LMAOOO SHES ON OZEMPIC.”

“If you’re on Ozempic or any of those weight loss medications or drugs, that’s fine,” she began in a Dec. 27 TikTok video. “I’m not going to judge you for your personal choices.”

The 25-year-old won’t be taking the injectable type 2 diabetes medicine, though. Some famous people have been using it to lose weight. Instead, she changed because she made what she called “better food choices and better life choices.”

“When you go through recovery and stop binging, sometimes you lose weight with that,” Mikayla said. “To just put in all that work for months to recover for something that has literally nearly taken your life away multiple times, to just be hit with ‘Laughing my ass off, she’s on Ozempic,’ it just like sucks.”

The person on TikTok said the comments hurt her a lot because “it really takes away from anyone who really puts in the extreme mental strain to get healthy.”

“People just hit you with the Olympics thing,” she said. “I will never do Ozempic because I don’t want to speed up my recovery.” “That is just my very own personal opinion.”

She doesn’t think taking the drug would help her get better because she needs to work on having a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and her body image instead.

She also said, “That is very hard.” “And Ozempic just would not be the path for me.”

This is not the first time Nogueira has had to deal with rumors and gossip on the internet.

The social media star released her new lip duo with Mikayla on June 27, just a few days before she married her long-term partner Cody Hawken.

You see, she not only used the lip kit on her wedding day, but guests were also given them as favors. People thought it was dishonest that she was released at that time.

A lot of viewers were mean to Nogueira for having a “sponsored” wedding, so she had to explain herself. “my wedding was paid for,” she said.
