Family Background of Raju Kher: On the 11th of September, 1957, found him was born in Kashmir. He has an older brother named Anupam Kher. Pushkarnath Kher is his father. His older brother, Anupam Kher, is one of the most well-known actors in Bollywood. Actress Kirron Kher, who has won awards at the national level, is his sister-in-law.

Raju Kher’s Career in Television Industry

Raju Kher is a well-known actor and director in Bollywood and on television.  In the 1990s, he began his career as a television actor with Doordarshan, appearing on DD-National programs such as Imtihaan (which starred Renuka Shahane in the starring role), Manzile, and Kashmakash.

In addition to that, he is employed by Kashmir TV. He was also employed in the television industry at the same time.

Notable television shows include Maayka and Tere Ghar ke saamne, in addition to Hamari Betiyoon Ka Vivaah, Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi, Rishtey, Thoda Hal Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai, Sallaab, and Karishma: A Miracle of Destiny.

Raju Kher’s  Professional life in the Bollywood industry

Raju has appeared in several movies, including Balli vs. Birju and Indian Never Again Nirbhaya. Balli vs. Birju was Raju’s most recent full-length feature film, and it was released in the year 2022. 

Known for his roles in films and television, Raju Kher is a well-known actor. From there, he’s had to adapt to a wide range of different roles. Additionally, he was cast in a few villainous roles.

Krrish 3, Shootout at Wadala, Delhi Belly, Jungle, and Ghulam are the films in which he appears in the parts that have brought him the most fame in Bollywood. In his most recent film, Krrish 3, he plays the role of a researcher working in Kaar’s laboratory. 

Even though he had a big part in the movie Kaash, which was released in 1987, he didn’t start performing professionally in Bollywood until the middle of the 1990s.

Around the middle of the 2000s, he started to make a name for himself in Bollywood. The films Ghulam, Heeralal Pannalal, Bade Dilwale, Ghaat Prem, Jungle, and Shyam Ghanshyam, are examples of his early work. Additionally, in 2002, Anupam Kher directed the film Om Jai Jagdish, which was also a part of his career.
