It was rebranded as PC Jeweller Private Limited on two separate occasions: the first was on October 16, 2007, and the second was on December 9, 2009.
The firm decided to transition into the status of a public limited company on August 2, 2011, and as part of that process, it changed its name to PC Jeweller Limited.
After spending Rs 175 crore this year on gold and diamond jewellery products for six new retail outlets, the company intends to invest an additional Rs 225 crore over the next quarter to maintain its fast expansion.
