While the majority of the modifications are positive, it did not seem reasonable to eliminate crucial sections from the Medical Sciences Entrance Examination, such as those on digestion and absorption, reproduction in living things, tissue, and environmental concerns.
He explained that everything from environmental chemistry, polymers, states of matter, solid state, S block elements, metallurgy, hydrogen, everyday life chemistry, biology, transportation in plants, mineral nutrition, and chemistry Numerous themes have been eliminated from the chapters on digestion and absorption, reproduction in organisms, plant growth and development (vernalization), and certain ecology, physics, chemistry, and biology chapters.
A few new chapter subjects have also been added at the same time. Over fifteen lakh candidates take the NEET exam each year. It’s among the most difficult entrance exams for medical school offered in India. The National Testing Agency (NTA) administers the NEET exam in 2024 for admission to undergraduate programs in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, and AYUSH.
