Man Infraconstruction Share Price NSE, BSE: Shares of Man Infraconstruction Limited gained on Wednesday as the company informed exchanges that it has acquired a 40 per cent interest in HOLDING 752 & 758 NW 2 ST LLC – a company involved in real estate activities. HOLDING 752 & 758 NW 2 ST LLC is executing the development of residential apartments, located in Miami, in the state of Florida, USA.
According to an exchange filing, the project comprises 51 luxury condominium units. The project boasts several amenities like a fully equipped gym and an inviting pool area amongst many others. The project also includes state-of-the-art co-working spaces.
“With this acquisition, MICL Global Inc. continues to enhance its focus on the group’s presence in the USA market and build long-term relationships,” the company said.
The counter opened at Rs 191 today and ended the session at Rs 193.30 – a gain of 0.18 per cent from the previous close of Rs 192.95.
Meanwhile, stock markets rallied over 1 per cent on Wednesday on heavy buying in IT and pharma shares. The victory of Republican candidate Donald Trump in the US presidential polls too played a role in this. The benchmark Sensex soared 901 points or 1.13 per cent to settle at 80,378.13 at the end of the session today. During the day, it soared 1,093.1 points or 1.37 per cent to 80,569.73. The NSE Nifty too ended the session on high. It soared 270.75 points or 1.12 per cent to close at 24,484.05.
From the 30-share Sensex pack, Tata Consultancy Services and Infosys jumped over 4 per cent each. HCL Technologies, Tech Mahindra, Adani Ports, Larsen & Toubro, Maruti and Reliance Industries were also among the big gainers.
Titan, IndusInd Bank, Hindustan Unilever, Axis Bank and HDFC Bank were the laggards.
“Global markets experienced a relief rally following the US election results, reducing political uncertainty with Trump securing a strong mandate. This has led to strong risk-on sentiments, driven by expectations of tax cuts and increased government spending,” Vinod Nair, Head of Research at Geojit Financial Services said.
