Google Ads AI Asset Generation: Google has released the generative AI asset generation features in the performance max Google ads campaigns in the US. This new AI asset generation features will allow you to create and scale new text and image assets for your campaigns using AI. The Performance Max which first introduced by Google in 2021 is the Google’s AI-powered solution spanning search, YouTube, display and other Google inventory. This platform analyzes the performance data to optimize ads and now leverages generative AI to help the asset creation.

In announcement Google said that ‘This year in performance max at Google marketing live we have announced the generative AI features and today we are starting to roll them out as a beta to all customers in the US. And also said this will be roll out to more countries soon in coming year. The AI asset generation will be going to make the performance max even better for helping marketers to scale and build high quality assets that drive performance for them’.
And also the Google ads liaison, Ginny Marvin said on the X handle that ‘No matter what is the size of your business or your team, supplying high quality creative can be a barrier to maximizing your success with PMax. So to help solve this challenge, asset generation in performance max is now rolling out in the US’.
And at last Google said that ‘AI is a choice’ for you because you are always in control and can decide which assets you want to add to your campaign, which not and any images that generated will be unique to your business or client. And also Google AI will never create two identical images.
