Eros Investments Makes Waves: Eros Investments signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Gandhinagar on Wednesday to build what they say will be India’s first AI park. Immerso AI Park, an AI park that will cost Rs 16 billion to build, should be up and running by the middle of 2025 at GIFT City in Gandhinagar.

A statement said that the Immerso AI Park’s strategy will be based on ethical AI and will have the world’s largest archive of training data and tokens. These will be used to build native foundation models across all industry verticals, and the park will then serve as a platform for academia, the startup ecosystem, and large-scale enterprise technology companies.

The Immerso AI University that will be built in GIFT City will offer a full course curriculum on generative AI and deep technology, as well as diploma classes for workers who want to learn more. Eros Investment will work with universities to make a creative AI course for students that will last for two years.

There will also be six-month graduation classes. Another thing that was said was that the Immerso AI Data Center would turn into a cloud design and framework that businesses could use to run high-fidelity technology in areas like gaming, IoT, and extended reality.

Additionally, the Immerso AI Park will provide a special area and chance for deep technology and creative AI companies from around the world to grow and conduct research and training. The AI university and Phase 1 of the AI cloud for public and private business will be in Phase 1 of the AI Park, which should be ready by the middle of 2025.

This part of GIFT City will have fun things to do like an aqua park, an underground zoo, water sports, and a Ferris wheel. These changes are meant to bring in investors and make GIFT City the best place to live in the financial industry. The underground zoo will be bigger than the one in Ahmedabad, and along the Sabarmati riverfront, facilities for water sports will be built. The 20.59-acre SEZ area of GIFT City will also have a theme park, a game arcade, art galleries, and entertainment places.

It’s crowded in parks, hotels, and shops in Patna

The Ghaziabad traffic cops warn people not to park in illegal spots on New Year’s Eve. It is also not allowed to celebrate on the Hindon Elevated Road, the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, or the Raj Nagar Extension road.
