DLA Piper: Recently, DLA Piper assisted GigCapital7 with its IPO of $200 million directed by Jeffrey Selman a partner in San Francisco.

DLA Piper: DLA Piper has assisted Titan Partners Group which is a part of American Capital Partners, as an underwriter in Owlet, Inc.’s in the public offering of Class A common stock. Owlet is the pioneer in offering sophisticated infant monitoring.

However, the company’s IPO along with full debt refinancing will bring Owlet a gross profit up to US$46.6 million. The deal team is directed by Stephen Alicanti in New York and includes other partners such as Kira Mineroff in Short Hills, Kurtis Weaver in Boston, Christopher Mikson and Bill Bartow (both in Philadelphia), Molly McBride (Los Angeles), Christie Lehr as an associate in Raleigh, and associate Jordyn Giannone in New York.

Lawyer-monthly.com reported that DLA Piper is a law firm and its global capital markets assist issuers and underwriters in both registered and unregistered equity, equity-linked, and debt capital markets transactions which include IPOs, FPOs, ELKS, investments grade issues, and high-yield bonds.

Being a part of the board of directors, he also assists the company by providing key oversight on the product’s strategic direction, and growth chances.
