Kendall’s critically-acclaimed restaurant and lounge, Devon Seafood + Steak, will continue its monthly tasting series with an epic Oyster Battle on Wednesday, May 20, 2015, beginning at 7PM on the restaurant’s beautiful waterfront patio.
Guests will bear witness to an intense showdown as Executive Chef Rod Chitikov and his Sous Chef Drew Thomason, go head-to-head to craft the best oyster dish during a fierce three-round competition. Every round will feature an original oyster dish from the battling chefs, each perfectly paired with a creative cocktail concoction. Attendees will enjoy six inventive oyster-filled plates in total, before deciding who will be Devon’s new reigning Oyster Battle Champion.

This event is part of Devon Seafood + Steak’s monthly tasting series at the restaurant, originally launched in 2013. Once a month, and for a fixed price, the restaurant hosts a different themed event showcasing a variety of menu offerings paired with unique libations. The tasting series will continue next month with a traditional Pig Roast on Wednesday, June 17th.
